One of the cakes that our mothers and grandmothers used to make, yet our version has the addition of pistachios. Layers of thin, yet juicy crusts, topped with pistachio and vanilla cream, hide somewhere in the middle some perfect hazelnut balls.

Egg, sugar, flour, milk, corn starch, pistachio, hazelnut, white chocolate, heavy cream.
