- Description
First made for the wedding of a Svetlana that we call Sveta. It contains many a layer of delicate white crusts made of blanched almonds, coated with thin layers of wild blueberry jam and mascarpone cream. A little different fruit cake, or a fruit take on Dobos Torte – try it and let us know how you liked it.

Egg white, sugar, blanched almonds, flour, forest blueberries, heavy cream, white chocolate, mascarpone cheese, vanilla.

Store in refrigerator at 5°C, and consume within the three days after the delivery.
